How to Identify

Development found that the TMG Firewall service can crash due to WebMon's debug mode being enabled. This affects ONLY WebMon on TMG, and NOT the ISA or Standalone-Proxy versions.

Workaround / Fix Details

Disable debug mode. ---- This will be addressed in the upcoming WebMon 2013 SR1.

Required Actions

Ensure debug mode is not left enabled in a remote session and ask the customer to disable it after reproducing the issue when asking them for troubleshooting files.
