Overview

The option to register a licensed FaxMaker user as a Web Service API user is not offered.

Environment

• GFI FaxMaker 2013 build 20131008 and later

Root Cause

Fax administrators cannot be registered as a Web Service API user.

Resolution

Either select another licensed GFI FaxMaker user from the list who is not a fax administrator or create a new licensed FaxMaker user for Web Service API.
