Prerequisites
Be prepared to provide the following information:
- The name and company of the person who purchased the license
- Your license key
- The purchased date
- The invoice issued by your GFI Sales Partner
Solution
The scope of support offered by the Sales teams includes the following:
- Extend licensing dates
- Billing issues
- NFR Licensing
- Expired Licenses
- Renew licenses
- Plan Upgrades (Specific to the GFI products)
- Combine multiple license keys
You can submit a request in the GFI Customer Care Center > Submit a request or by directly clicking the Submit a request – GFI Customer Care Center link.
