Overview
Customers can obtain the Commercial, Trial/Temporary, GFI Unlimited license to manage the Kerio Connect installation. The license has an expiration period and defines the number of user seats.
Extending the expired, trial, or NFR license key services requires processing and update from the GFI servers' side and local Kerio Connect.
Merging multiple license keys is done manually by GFI Partners/Distributors or Sales directly. Issues with the cost of license subscription renewal are falling under GFI Partners' scope.
Diagnosis
The license key information should be updated as per the new Company or end-customer needs. In order to request the license update, the license key number should be provided to the GFI Partner or Sales representative.
Solution

If you have GFI Unlimited subscription, the license can be pulled from GFI Accounts Portal. For more information, please refer to Converting GFI License to Unlimited.
Extending the license key
All end-customers licenses should be requested to be extended or prolonged using GFI Sales Partner. In case, the Reseller wants to renew the license, they need to contact Distributors. If the Distributor is willing to extend the licenses, it's advisable to Find the nearest Partner or the GFI Sales can be contacted directly.
IMPORTANT: if the end-customer doesn't have a Reseller/Distributor, it's recommended to contact GFI Sales directly.
NFR license keys are only reserved for partner use. For more information, please refer to GFI Partner Not For Resale (NFR) License Details.
