Overview
This article provides information on the many files which are appearing in the \unprocessed folder of GFI FaxMaker's install directory.
Environment

Root Cause
When a fax is received, it attempts to route using a routing method defined in the GFI FaxMaker Configuration. If a route is not configured, it will utilize the default router. If a route is defined, but no recipient is associated with the route, it would move the fax job to the unprocessed directory.
Resolution
Review the routing node in the GFI FaxMaker Configuration and ensure that any defined routes have a recipient defined.
Confirmation
With the defined routing nodes, the files are processed successfully.
