Overview
Users experience faxes are failing and getting the following error message when using an Eicon Diva card:
Failed to send fax: Call failed
Environment

- All Supported Environments
Root Cause
Eicon Diva card drivers are out of date.
Resolution
Update your computer to have the latest drivers. These can be updated from the Dialogic (Eicon) Diva Site.
