How to Identify

Observer HPDS folder when faxes are sent. No DAT file will populate.

Workaround / Fix Details

PSG has a HOTFIX for this issue

Verify customer is on FaxMaker SR3 (20131008) Attach this article Escalate case. PSG will apply HotFix
