Unable to Log into FaxMaker Monitor

Overview

The user is unable to login to FaxMaker Monitor. This article details the settings required for logging into the FaxMaker Monitor.

Resolution

Please verify the following steps:

  1. Make sure that the FaxMaker Attendant service is started.
  2. Only the Fax Administrators can log in to the FaxMaker Monitor so make sure that the account is added in the GFI FaxMaker Configuration by navigating to FaxMaker Configuration > Advanced > Fax Administrators.
  3. If still getting an invalid username, navigate to IIS > Default Web Site > FaxMaker > Authentication and make sure ASP.NET Impersonation is 'disabled'. 

Confirmation

You will be able to log in to FaxMaker Monitor successfully.
