How to Identify
FaxMaker monitor will show the error message 'not enough credit' if attempts are made to send outbound faxes using the Online FaxMaker WebServices on premise. Billing_FaxServices.log will indicate a transaction response: "error ","FaxServices Billing","Result code for transact response is not success, val:-85015" "error ","FaxServices Billing","Failed parsing transact response, resp:'e77263825c3449d8bb60959e34a4f44c8d046d88f038f23'" OFS_Fax_OFSx.log will indicate a transaction error 64: "error ","GFI Online Fax Service Line","Billing manager failed transaction for job ct441480710024-20130701070233091-302-2 error:67"
