Overview

When SMB acceleration is enabled between 2 Exindas over WAN link, it is possible that transferring a file between them will be quick, but saving, opening or editing a file may take much longer time than transferring. This article provides a resolution for this error.

Root Cause

This error is currently being investigated and could be possibly caused by a defect.

Resolution

At the moment, there is no permanent resolution for this error. But a workaround is in place. Disabling SMB acceleration could help prevent this issue from happening.
