Exinda | 'show ntp' command does not show associated NTP servers in ExOS 7.0.3

Overview

In firmware versions 7.0.3 and 7.0.3 Update 1, running the show ntp command from the command line will show the following, whether NTP servers are configured for the device or not:

NTP is administratively enabled.
Clock is unsynchronized.
No NTP associations present.

Cause

This is caused by a known software defect in version 7.0.3 and 7.0.3 U1.

Please be aware that the NTP servers should still be present and functioning, it is only the command to display the servers which is failing in this scenario.

Resolution

Upgrade to ExOS 7.4 or above, this contains the bug fix for this problem.
