Can't delete inactive clients from Exinda Mobile

Overview

User unable to delete inactive clients shown in the client report in Exinda Mobile Manager.

Resolution

You need to create a tag (can be named anything) in Exinda Mobile Manager. Once a tag is in place, the "delete" button will show up in the client report for inactive clients.

1 - Under Configuration: Select Tag Manager

2 - Tag Name: Type any name

3 - Hit Save

4 - Go into Client report, select the client you wish to delete, the delete button will be there now. Delete as needed.

5 - To free up the license you may need to restart the mobile manager.
