Sending Alerts and Notifications via MyKerio

Overview

The MyKerio Notification Service can send alerts and notifications from your appliance without any need to configure the SMTP relay, and you can use this service without creating an account in MyKerio.  This article shares the process of configuring the MyKerio Notification Service for both Kerio Control and Kerio Operator.

Note: By default, MyKerio notification service sends all emails from Kerio Control, but the amount of emails this service can send is limited per 24 hours. If you expect a large number of emails from your appliance, use SMTP relay instead.

Process

Kerio Control

  1. In Kerio Control's administration interface, navigate to Remote Services > SMTP Relay > Settings.
  2. Select MyKerio notification service.
