Changing SSL/TLS Configuration

Overview

Kerio Connect uses different variables for the SSL/TLS protocols configuration. The SSL/TLS configuration can be changed at any time if needed. This article covers the steps to perform this task.

Note: This procedure applies to Kerio Connect 8.5 and later.

Step-By-Step Guide

1. Stop Kerio Connect.
2. Open the mailserver.cfg configuration file for editing.
3. Modify the settings in the Security or SmtpSecurity sections.
4. Save the mailserver.cfg file with the new information.
5. Start Kerio Connect again.

Confirmation: The new SSL/TLS configuration is reflected in the configuration file.
