Overview

While trying to configure or access the shared mailbox folder, the Kerio Outlook Connector Offline Edition (KOFF) displays the following error:

Cannot expand the folder. The set of folders cannot be opened. 0x8004010f: MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

Integrating shared Calendars using the "Other mailboxes" feature returns the same error message.

The issue is caused by a corrupted MAPI profile creator.

Prerequisites

Kerio Connect + KOFF versions 9.2.11 and older

Solution

The described above behavior is a known issue. The Engineering released the fix for it in Kerio Connect 9.2.12 version.

To correct the above issue, please upgrade your Kerio Connect to the latest version.
