Overview

At times, you may notice that the SPAM and NOT SPAM buttons are missing in the Kerio Connect Webmail application. These buttons may be missing because the Bayesian learning filter is disabled in the Kerio Anti-spam settings.

Please follow the steps below, to enable the Bayesian learning filter.

Prerequisites

Access to the Kerio Connect administration console.

Process

1. Log in to the Kerio Connect administration console.
2. Navigate to Configuration > Content Filter > Spam Filter.
   
   
   
   
3. In the Kerio Anti-spam tab, check the Use spam learning Bayesian filter option. 
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Apply button.

Confirmation

Check your incoming emails in the Kerio Connect Webmail application; the SPAM and NOT SPAM buttons should now be visible.
