Overview

This article guides you on how to create an autoresponder mailbox that does not store emails but only processes an auto-reply for every incoming email.

Requirements

Kerio Connect Admin access.

Process

1. Login to Kerio Connect admin console.
2. Create a new user.
   
3. Double click on the newly created user.
4. Go to the Quota tab.
5. Select Limit Item Count and enter the item count as 1.
   NOTE: The system does not allow 0.
6. Click OK to apply the changes.

Confirmation

Send a test email message, the sender should receive an auto-reply. 

NOTE: The first email we sent is stored since we limited the item count to 1; no emails are stored thereafter though auto-reply is sent on every email.
