Overview
While creating a Kerio Connect account using Microsoft Outlook 2016 or 2019, the setup does not allow you to proceed and create the account. This issue is caused by the Simplified Account Creation dialog box not allowing the manual creation of the KOFF account using the MAPI messaging system.
To fix this issue, you need to disable the Simplified Account Creation dialog box in Outlook 2016/2019 and use the traditional account dialog box instead.
This article explains how to resolve the issue when an account cannot be created while using Microsoft Outlook 2016 or 2019.
