Unable to Create the Kerio Connect Account While Using Microsoft Outlook 2016/2019 (KOFF)

Overview

While creating a Kerio Connect account using Microsoft Outlook 2016 or 2019, the setup does not allow you to proceed and create the account. This issue is caused by the Simplified Account Creation dialog box not allowing the manual creation of the KOFF account using the MAPI messaging system.
