How do I get the installer log for MailEssentials?

Answer

The installer log will be located in the user's Temp folder. The easiest way to get to it is to go to Start > Run > type %temp% and press Enter. This will go straight to the folder. In some cases, this will take you to a subfolder, such as ..\AppData\Local\Temp\2.

If the file is not located in this folder, then simply go back to the Temp folder and the files should be here.

The name of the file will either start with 'gfimes..' or be called 'install.log'
