Unable to Sort by Recipient in Quarantine

Objective

This article describes the resolution for an issue with sorting by recipient being unavailable with MailEssentials Quarantine.

The MailEssentials Quarantine does not produce results when sorting by the recipient.

Resolution

The latest edition of MailEssentials 21.6 fixes this issue. Please upgrade to the latest release and test the functionality of the Quarantine again. After installation of the upgrade, you should be able to sort by recipients in Quarantine.
