How to merge the GFI MailEssentials Quarantine into one location

Answer

1. Open the GFI MailEssentials switchboard
2. Click the Quarantine tab
3. Select the option to Merge Quarantine
4. Click Apply

Note: Services will be restarted when you click Apply which will interrupt the mail flow for a short time. If the merge quarantine option is not listed, then the merge has already been completed.
