In SMTP Mode Senders Are Checked Against Active Directory Instead of the Userlist Database

Overview

When GFI MailEssentials is in SMTP mode, senders excluded from Disclaimers are checked against Microsoft Active Directory instead of the local userlist database.

The following error may be generated inthe ME_Disclaimer:

GFI MailEssentials 2014 and above

Resolution

This issue is resolved in a subsequent release of GFI MailEssentials. Please upgrade to at least MailEssentials version 20.
