Overview

When the Spam Digest is created and dropped in the replay, a ticket is not created and the Spamdigest is filtered.

The following error is found in Spam Digest logs:

Root Cause

Spam Digests are being flagged as Spam.

Resolution

• Apply the following patch: ME2014_R2_PATCH_20141003_2157.zip.
