How to Identify

The debuglog to check is ase_SpamRazer.gfi_log.txt under the AntiSpam\Debeglogs folder. Customer will need to change to another DNS server. 8 DNS queries are run on each email. Timeouts can cause a buildup in queues or missed spam. NOTE: Google currently throttles traffic, so it is not a good server to use
