Problem Summary
When custom has IPV6 enabled our transport agents are treating the email as a foreign IP and scanning the email as inbound.

How to Identify
1)Open GFI MailEssentials Dashboard 2) Locate locally sent emails and view the scan results to verify if the email is inbound 3)Verify that the IPV6 is enabled in the network configurations Most of the Time this issue only occurs on Exchange 2013 with IPV6 enabled. IPV6 must stay enabled on Exchange 2013.
