PROBLEM

Administrator email alerts are not sending notifications and email is flowing through the dashboard.

ENVIRONMENT

• GFI MailEssentials
• All supported environments

SOLUTION

Make sure that the GFI MailEssentials EmailSecurity Attendant service is started. This governs the notifications, whereas the Quarantine Digest is governed by the GFI MailEssentials AntiSpam Attendant service.

CAUSE

Disabling GFI MailEssentials services when you are licensed for either the anti-spam or email security portion of GFI MailEssentials.
