Overview
Users experience a certificate error when opening GFI MailArchiver.
Environment
- GFI MailArchiver
- All Supported Environments
Root Cause
Internet Explorer is looking for certificates from the internal network.
Resolution
- Within Internet Explorer 8, Navigate to Tools > Internet Options.
- Click on the Advanced tab and scroll down to the Security section.
- Clear the following boxes:
- Check for publisher's certificate revocation
- Check for server certificate revocation
- Click Apply and OK.
- Attempt to reload the page by clicking the Refresh button at the end of the address bar or by pressing the F5 key.
