DESCRIPTION

This tool loads all Archive Stores having a file system and lets you detect if there are any bix / bin files missing. In case that the bix files cannot be retrieved from the backup, the emails with missing bix files can be deleted.

IMPORTANT

• This tool / script should be ONLY used on installations running the following versions:
  • GFI MailArchiver 2014: 20140616
    • http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/support/MARC/ScriptsAndTools/2014/MARC2014_DetectMissingBixFiles_Tool.zip
  • GFI MailArchiver 2013: 20130510, 20130704, 20130723, 20131111

• Please ensure to read the readme.txt bundled with the ZIP file
• It is recommended to take a backup of the system including data (Archive Stores) before using this tool / script
