PROBLEM
The Mailbox Folder Structure Retrieval tile under the configuration page is grayed out and the feature cannot be enabled.

SOLUTION
The following Archiving Method needs to be enabled: Auto-Archiving (Journaling) > All Emails
CAUSE
This feature can only be enabled if the Archiving Method Auto-Archiving (Journaling) > All Emails is being used.
