Overview

This article describes the process to change the language of GFI MailArchiver.

This setting will be saved per user, which means if User1 has selected English, their page will always load in English no matter which machine they log in from.

Process

You can change the language in GFI MailArchiver settings by doing the following:

1. Log on to the MailArchiver website.
2. Click your username at the top right corner of the screen.
3. From the Language Options drop-down list, select the desired language.
4. Once done, click Save, and the page will be refreshed into the selected language.
