Overview

This article describes the issue and its resolution, which occurs when groups show as [GUID] (deleted) in the web interface after the services run for a while.

After restarting the services groups show normal again for a while. The issue occurs only when debug mode is disabled.

Environment

GFI Archiver 20121204 until 20131111.

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in MARC 2014 build 20140616. To resolve the issue, follow one of the instructions below:

• Upgrade to MARC 2014 build 20140616 or newer and leave the debug mode enabled.
• Apply the patch on build 20130510.
