Error: 'External Exception E06d7363' When Trying to Modify the Patch Auto Download Options

Overview

The below error message is displayed when a user tries to modify the patch auto download options:

External Exception E06D7363

 

Environment

  • GFI LanGuard
  • ​All supported environments.

 

Root Cause

The Microsoft Access database toolcfg_patchautodownload.mdb is corrupt.

 

Resolution

Perform a compact and repair on the Microsoft Access database toolcfg_patchautodownload.mdb or provide a blank copy of the Microsoft Access database file.

Note: The default location of this Microsoft Access database is C:\ProgramData\GFI\LanGuard 11\ (or C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\GFI\LanGuard 11\ on a Microsoft Windows 2003 class computer.
