Problem Summary

The Dashboard sensors "malware protection issues", "firewall issues" and "unauthorized applications" remain grey even after a full scan and the scan shows the error "Establishing connection to remote host!"

How to Identify

The following sensors remain grey (unless previous information has been stored in the database): #malware protection issues #firewall issues #unauthorized applications The scan shows the error "Establishing connection to remote host!"

Workaround / Fix Details

As a workaround: disable in the scan profile the SNMP queries under the Network Discovery options. LanGuard cannot scan computers where the hardware model can be detected through SNMP queries. This will be addressed in the next released of LanGuard.
