Problem Summary

When trying to create a scheduled scan and choosing the 'Domain' option, you cannot expand the list of OUs beyond the 1st level.

How to Identify

- Customer is trying to create a New > Scheduled scan > with the Scan Type 'Scan domains or organizational units' - When clicking Next the 'Domain/organizational unit' list appears - When trying to expand the domain, you can't get past the domain level. The list will not expand beyond the 1st level when there are OUs beyond this point. - This ONLY happens in the scheduled scan wizard. Other areas of the UI such as the 'Add new computers' wizard in the dashboard and the 'Enumerate Computers' tool work fine.

Workaround / Fix Details

This issue has been fixed in GFI LanGuard 2015

Have the customer upgrade to LanGuard 2015 or later.
