Problem Summary

When adding new computers from the network, these are not displayed if there is another OU on the same level in the Active Directory

How to Identify

- On Active Directory, create a new OU on the same level where exist some computers. - Open LanGuard and click 'Add More Computers' > 'Add computers from the network'. - Browse your Domain and search for the new OU created. If it is on the same level and you are not able to see the existing computers, you can apply the workaround.

Workaround / Fix Details

This issue has been fixed in GFI LanGuard 2015

Have the customer upgrade to GFI LanGuard 2015 or later.
