The option to export to PDF, XLS or HTML is not available for computers that have certain applications installed on them

How to Identify

- Go to the Dashboard tab > Software - On the left pane, select a group of computers or the whole domain - Select the desired application and click the Installed on tab - Observe that the icons to export to PDF, XLS or HTML are not available

Workaround / Fix Details

A patch was released for this issue. The fix was included in GFI LanGuard 2015
