How to Identify

Customer is able to retrieve events in the Activity log -- files that have been copied from usb to computer or vise versa. However, if the file name uses unicode characters, GFI EndPointSecurity displays random gibberish characters instead of the file name. The same happens in the logs, EndPointSecurity events and in Logs Activity. Workaround / Fix Details

No workaround at this time. This cannot be easily fixed because it needs a lot of changes in the code.
