When using the interface, client gets a message box with the following description: error : "An unhandled win 32 exception occurred in EndpointSecurity.exe [XXX]"

How to Identify

Error message is displayed: error : "An unhandled win 32 exception occurred in EndpointSecurity.exe [XXX]" XXX stands for a number. The number changes every time. The interface closes and needs to be re-opened Items can disappear from the interface if the memory exception finds a .xml file open and cannot save it before the crash.
