Overview

Clicking on the button to start GFI EventsManager services from the console under the Status/General section only starts one out of the two EventsManager services.

When you go to the Status/General section of the console and click on the Play button next to the GFI EventsManager service is not running! option, the GFI EventsManager launches but not the EventsManager Monitor. By design, both of the services should be launched.

Root Cause

This is a product defect which has been resolved in GFI EventsManager 2013 SR1.

Please upgrade to this version or higher to resolve this issue.
