Problem Summary

Events generated between 23:00 and 23:59 (local time) will be considered outside 'Normal Operational Time' even if normal operational time is defined as 24 hours per day.

How to Identify

Event details show time of event between 23:00 and 23:59 (local time) and event source group is configured to be in operational time 24 hours per day.

Workaround / Fix Details

There is currently no fix. However, if there is a specific alert that the user does not want to receive, the 'Actions' for the rule can be changed.

Collect troubleshooter files and include screenshots of: -Event details showing event occurring between 23:00 and 23:59 -Operational time settings for the group which the event source is contained
