Problem Summary

When importing events from an anonymized file storage source created in ESM2011, certain fields are not de-anonymized during the import.

How to Identify

Check with the customer if the following was done / is configured: In ESM2011, the customer did archive events to file storage In ESM2011, the customer had anonymization enabled In ESM2012, the customer has anonymization disabled In ESM2012, he imported the anonymized file storage from ESM2011 In ESM2012, the events browser/reporting is showing some fields still as anonymized

Workaround / Fix Details

Have the customer de-anonymize the data in ESM2011, then import it in ESM2012. Fixed in SR1.
