Overview

This article provides a step-by-step process on updating the license key in the GFI EventsManager.

Process

If you receive messages stating your license key is invalid or expired, then you should ensure it is entered correctly by following these steps:

1. Open the GFI EventsManager Management Console.
2. Go the General tab.
3. Click Update key.
4. Enter the license key and click OK.

NOTE: If you are upgrading from a previous version of GFI EventsManager, you will need to enter the license key for the new version that was sent via email.
