Overview

This article provides the step-by-step process to change the record limit for reports in GFI EventsManager.

Environment

GFI EventsManager 2013

Process

To change the record limit for reports:

1. Open the GFI EventsManager Configuration and navigate to the Reporting tab.
2. Right-click the desired report and choose Properties.
3. Navigate to the Other tab and check the box for Limit records to.
4. Choose the number of records needed.
5. Click the OK button.

Note: The options for the Split report and Max number of records per page are optional since the "Limit records to" checkbox can be checked without the others being edited.
