Problem Summary

When using a Unified Protection license key without Kaspersky, the message displayed near Kaspersky in the Auto-Update page is: "Feature not available - please upgrade to GFI WebMonitor - Unified Protection to enable"

How to Identify

Customer has a Unified Protection license key, but has not purchased the Kaspersky add-on.

Workaround / Fix Details

This is only a cosmetic issue. Patch to fix the message can be downloaded from: http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/WEBMON2012/20120305/WM2012_PATCH_20120418_01.zip Upgrade customer to a supported version GFI WebMonitor 2013 or 2015

1. Explain to customer that this is only a cosmetic error, license key is Unified Protection but Kaspersky add-on is not included 2. Gather logs and escalate, If customer is on the latest build 2015. 3. Attach this article to the case
