OneGuard Reports

GFI OneGuard ships with a suite of predefined reports, covering the functionality of the services provided. Each and every report can be customized as required, and generated immediately or saved as a new report.

To view the list of reports, go to the Reports tab while logged into the OneGuard interface. The menu on the left is divided in two sections:

Default Reports: The Default Reports node hosts the entire reports for the services used by GFI OneGuard. Click the All option to see all the available default reports or in any individual service to see the reports related to it.

My Reports: The My Reports node hosts the customized, favorited, or scheduled reports.

Below is an overview of the reports offered by OneGuard as found in the Default Reports:

Patch Management

Group Patch Report Detailed 

View patch status information for a particular group or groups of managed devices, clearly listing the patch name, affected applications and affected devices.

 

Group Patch Report Summary

View the overall patch status of a particular group or groups of managed devices, clearly identifying missing, installed, failed and ignored patches.

 

Installed Updates by Device

List installed updates for a particular device or group of devices.

 

Installed Updates by Severity

List installed updates grouped by severity for a particular group or groups of managed devices.

 

Missing Updates by Device

View a list of missing updates for a particular device or set of devices.

 

Missing Updates by Severity

View a list of missing updates for affected devices, grouped by severity in a particular group or group of managed devices.

 

Network Patch Status Report

View a list of managed devices and their patch management status, clearly identifying missing, installed, failed and ignored patches.

 

Asset Tracking

Computers Summary

View a summary of device information for a particular group or number of groups.

 

Hardware by Category

List hardware information for a particular category in a specific group or groups of managed devices.

 

Hardware by Device

View hardware information for a specific device.

 

Hardware by Group

View hardware information for managed devices in a particular group or groups.

 

Software by Category

View a list of installed software in a particular category for a specific group or groups of managed devices.

 

Software by Device

View a list of installed software for a specific device.

 

Software by Group

View a list of installed software for managed devices in a particular group or groups.

 

Antivirus

Detected Malware

View a list of detected malware still found on devices in the network, including detection date and severity.

 

Device Malware

List malware that was or still is located on a particular device in the network, including detection date and severity.

 

Last Scan Data

View the last antivirus scan date for quick or full scans and the last virus definitions update for managed devices in the network.

 

Malware

List specific malware that was or still is located on managed devices in the network, including detection date and severity.

 

EndPoint Control

All Hardware Devices Used in a Group

List hardware devices usage in a group and the outcome

 

All Hardware Devices Used on a Device

List hardware device usage on a particular device

 

Encryption alerts attached to a Device

List the encryption alerts of storage devices attached to a particular device

 

Encryption Alerts Attached to a Group

List the encryption alerts of storage devices attached to a particular group of devices

 

EndPoint Control Detailed Report

Full details of events that occurred on a particular device

 

Hardware Device Usage Summary

List Hardware device usage statistics per user in the selected groups across your managed devices

 

Hardware device used in a Device

List a particular hardware devices category usage on a particular device and the outcome

 

Hardware device used in a Group

List a particular hardware devices category usage in a group and the outcome
