GFI EndPointSecurity ReportPack Shows Only 10 Days for Evaluation Instead of 30

Overview

User encounters that EndPointSecurity ReportPack shows ten days for evaluation instead of the expected 30 days.

Root Cause

If an evaluation license key is not set in EndPointSecurity ReportPack, it will revert to only 10 days of evaluation. If an evaluation license key is set, you will have a full 30 days of evaluation for ReportPack.

 

Resolution

  1. Open EndPointSecurity ReportPack and navigate to Options > Licensing.
  2. Right-click Licensing and select Set Licensing.
  3. Enter the evaluation license key.
  4. Click OK.
