Overview

When GFI FaxMaker is configured to print incoming faxes, the printout appears incomplete or no printout occurs.

Environment

• GFI FaxMaker.
• All supported environments.

Root Cause

This happens when a printer tries to print a US-Letter format document on an A4 paper, which does not fit in the page.

Resolution

Ensure that the printer settings are configured in the Advanced > Printer node in the GFI FaxMaker configuration for different paper formats, including US-Letter format.

Confirmation

The incoming faxes are printed correctly.
