Answer

GFI FaxMaker has the ability to auto-print outgoing faxes and/or their associated outgoing fax report. This can be configured to occur if the fax transmission was successful or unsuccessful.  To configure:

  1. Ensure you are logged in with the account running the GFI FaxMaker services and that this account has the desired printer installed on it with full permissions
  2. Launch the GFI FaxMaker Configuration
  3. Select Sending/Receiving Options > Properties
    1. To print the image of the fax with no transmission report:
      1. Enable the option(s) for auto-printing under Outgoing Faxes
      2. Select Setup printers...
        • It is suggested to setup a printer for each paper size
    2. To print a copy of the transmission report along with fax image:
      1. Enable the option(s) for auto-printing under Outgoing fax reports
      2. Select Setup printers...
        • Using this option will print the information included in the Transmission Report along with thumbnails of the original fax image.
        1. The number of pages can be limited by configuring the Maximum number of pages to print:
        2. Select the 'Print Setup' button to configure your desired printer for output of the report
