PROBLEM

GFI MailEssentials blocks all FAX and SMS messages relayed by GFI FAXmaker as SPAM.

ENVIRONMENT

• GFI MailEssentials
• GFI FaxMaker
• all supported environments 

SOLUTION

Add *@faxmaker.com and *@smsmaker.com in the GFI MailEssentials Whitelist using the MIME FROM option.

CAUSE

When GFI FAXmaker receives a FAX or SMS, the transmission reports will be relayed to the configured SMTP server. If GFI MailEssentials is installed on the SMTP server, the email may be blocked by GFI MailEssentials as spam.
